Taking care of your Nesselle Cooling Blanket is straightforward. Machine wash on a delicate cycle using a gentle, mild detergent, and hang to dry — avoid the dryer to keep the bamboo viscose fill in its best condition. Store loosely folded in a cool, dry place when not in use.

One thing worth knowing after washing — you may notice the fill feels a bit stiff and the outer shell looks slightly looser than usual. This is completely normal. Once it's fully dry the fill softens back up, fills out the quilted spaces again, and your blanket returns to its usual shape and feel. Just give it time to dry fully before use

We want you to feel confident trying the Nesselle Cooling Blanket. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

We understand you need to properly try the blanket before knowing if it's right for you, so we accept returns on washed items provided they are clean and returned in reasonable condition.

To start a return simply get in touch with us at hello@nesselle.com and we'll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

If your blanket arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nesselle.com with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — no hassle, no runaround.

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act you are entitled to a remedy for any faulty product, and we will always honour that.
