Nesselle is a New Zealand owned and operated brand, just me, doing something I believe in.
As a nurse and a mum in my late forties, I thought I understood my health.
Then perimenopause hit and I was waking up at 2am, heart racing and over heated, wondering why sleep had become such a battle.
I'd throw the covers off because I was too hot, then lie there unable to drift back off without the weight of something on me. A sheet wasn't enough. Every blanket was too warm. Even cooling blankets warmed up fast, leaving me right back where I started.
I started talking to friends and realised I wasn't alone. So many women were going through the same broken nights, the same exhausted mornings, and no brand truly spoke to it.
So I decided to create one.
